I- Sales Conditions

Refund Policy (No Refund)

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

After you receive the Products

We provide a Shipping insurance with all our products. It is mandatory to check the products, when you receive the product and see if they are right and complete. The reclamation, should be in the first 5 days after receive the products.

If the the products  are not complete, The Shipping Company will check the weight you received with the weight we sent you. For damages products, you should send us the pictures with he damages products to replace.

The Shipping Company will pay the cost of the product, exactly to the price is the Invoice attached and  Shipping documents.

Damaged products

1- Hats and other Straw Products

The hats and straw products are  very delicate. They  can not  receive impact, knockings, bangs, weight on the top, water or another liquids that can produce damages and  they can not be wet and they can not change the form or shape. If your product receive these kind of  treatment, it can not change.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging to us  Bogotá Colombia.

You should send in the same Shipping service we used to send.

If we sent  the products with a document  of the TRADE PROMOTION AGREEMENT to low the harmonized  tariffs or  others documents agreements for Duties  discounts ,  you should add a  document  to discount the Duties in our Country either. If you send us the products without   these documents, we will discount the cost of the Duties from the Total of the products to change or the devolution money.

2-Other products

You should prove with pictures and description to our email,  how was the problem and we will solve it. The products can not receive impact, knockings, bangs, weight on the top, water or another liquids that can  produce damage to them.

We will study your problem and we will give you a solution.  If we need to replace the products:

Product Colors

We sell hand made products and more of them  with natural  colors or colors hand made prepared. Sometimes the products can be a little different to the picture. it is possible that one product would not look  exactly to another one, because are hand made and also for different people.

Before to buy our handmade products you should accept it.

If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

Refund Policy (for Goods)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.
